沼气脱硫吸附分离工艺研究

摘    要:指出了随着能源消耗的日益增长,由此引发的环境污染问题也越来越多,寻求可以替代传统化石能源的新能源引起了人们越来越浓厚的兴趣。生物废料经过厌氧发酵得来的沼气是一种可再生能源,主要包括CH4、CO2以及微量的H2S等杂质。为了将生物沼气转化成生物甲烷,满足车用燃料以及天然气燃料替代品的条件,需提前除去H2S,因此,探讨了沼气多元体系中H2S气体的去除分离工艺,以期提供参考。

Study on Biogas Desulfurization by Uusing Adsorption and Separation Process

Abstract:With the increasing energy consumption,the environmental problems are getting more and more worse,especially the global warming caused by CO2 greenhouse gases.Therefore,looking for new energy sources that can replace traditional fossil fuels have aroused more and more interest.Biogas from anaerobic digestion of biological wastes is a renewable energy resource that mainly contains CH4,CO2,traces of H2S.In order to transfer biogas into biomethane and meet the requirements of vehicle fuels and natural gas fuel substitutes H2S must be removed in advance.Therefore,it is important to study the removal of H2S gas in biogas plural system.
