| Abstract: | Based on some doubts existing in environmental emergency management of industrial and mining enterprises,this paper systematically summarizes and analyses the basis for setting up emergency pools for accidents,the methods for determining the capacity of emergency pools for accidents in different industries and the requirements for daily supervision.It has obvious reference for environmental impact assessment of construction projects,potential environmental risk investigation of industrial and mining enterprises,environmental emergency capacity assessment and environmental emergency management. |
