| 摘 要： | 园林绿化工程属于建筑业景观(市政)方面专业工程,已纳入法律规定的工程招投标范畴,园林绿化工程投标已经成为当前园林绿化工程成功实施的关键环节。当前,我国园林绿化工程投标管理中各投标主体主要存在法律意识淡薄、重视程度不够、专业人才匮乏、管理水平落后、管理策略不科学等问题。本文从强化法律学习、注重专业人才培养、制定科学投标管理策略、加强投标管理经验总结等方面提出了应对措施,旨在为园林绿化企业在项目竞标中获得成功提供参考借鉴。

| Abstract: | Landscaping engineering belongs to the architectural landscape(municipal)aspects and has been included in the scope of bidding provided by law.It has become a key link in the successful implementation of landscaping projects.At present,China has weak legal awareness,insufficient attention,lack of professional talents,backward management level,and unscientific management strategies in its management.This article proposes countermeasures from the aspects of strengthening legal learning,focusing on professional talent training,formulating scientific management strategies,and strengthening the summary of bidding management experience,which aims to provide a reference for garden greening enterprises in project bidding. |
