小兴安岭地区蓝莓杂交授粉技术研究

摘    要:为选育出能自然越冬的蓝莓新品种,针对国外蓝莓品种的生长适性、开花结果规律、花器特征、花粉特性进行研究,并与乡土笃斯越橘进行杂交授粉试验。试验结果表明:笃斯越橘与蓝莓具有较强的亲和力,正交、反交均能授粉;美登×笃斯越橘效果较好,实际平均授粉率为60.7%;人工控制授粉获得的种子发芽率为28%,自由授粉获得的种子发芽率达到64.3%以上。

Research on Cross Pollination of Vaccinium

Abstract:In order to breed a natural winter,cold resistant Vaccinium new varieties.The growth suitability,flowering and fruiting rules,floral organ characteristics and pollen characteristics of Vaccinium cultivars abroad were researched in detail.The experiments of cross-pollination.The results showed that both orthogonal cross and backcross could pollinate Vaccinium,and the effect of Blomidon×Vaccinium uliginosum was better,the actual average pollination rate was 60.7%.The germination rate of artificial pollination was 28%,and that of free pollination was over 64.3%.
