摘    要:基于2012年12月至2013年6月间共7个航次对嵊泗枸杞岛后头湾海域贝藻混养区、贝类单养区紫贻贝的相关生物学指标进行测定,采用相关分析、通径分析和偏回归分析等方法研究了8月龄紫贻贝(生长转折期)两个养殖区紫贻贝表型性状对体重的不同影响效应。研究结果表明:转折期影响两种养殖模式下紫贻贝体重的关键表型性状有差异性,其中影响单养区紫贻贝体重的表型性状为sw(壳宽)和BC(壳后端最远点到壳背面最高点的距离),决定程度大小顺序呈SW〉BC。而影响贝藻混养区紫贻贝体重的表型性状为sw(壳宽)、oc(壳长),决定程度大小顺序呈OC〉SW。

The Study of the Effect of Phenotypic and Morphometric Traits on Body Weight of Mytilus edulis Linnaeu of Various Regions in the Stage of Growth Turning

Abstract:monoculture area and polyculture area in Gouqi Island of Shengsi Archipelago from December 2012 to June 2013, and the related biological index of the Mytilus edulis Linnaeu in Gouqi Island from two cultured populations, namely monoculture and polyeulture with kelp, including total fresh weight, fresh weight of shell, fresh weight of tissue, dry weight of shell, dry weight of tissue, shell length, shell width and shell height, were also measured. And on this base, the effect of phenotypic and morphometric traits on body weight of M. edulis of various regions in stage of eight month (growth turning period) were studied using correlation analysis, path analysis, and regression analysis. The result indicated that: The key phenotypic and morphomet- ric traits that influenced the body weight of M. edulis were different between various models. The phenotypicand morphometric traits that were critical to the body weight of M. edulis in monoculture model were SlY and BC. the degree of the determination was SW〉BC. That in polyculutre area were SW and OC with an orderOC〉SW.
