紫叶李叶中花青素含量动态变化的研究

摘    要:采集不同时期、不同部位紫叶李(Prunus cerasifera)叶,以酸性甲醇(含1%盐酸,体积比)浸提,以高效液相色谱法测定提取液中的花青素含量并进行统计分析.结果表明,同一部位叶花青素含量随着温度的变化而发生显著的变化;同一时期花青素含量表现为上部位叶中含量高于下部位叶,温度、光照是影响花青素合成的重要因素.

Abstract:The leaves of Prunus cerasifera in different periods and positions were collected,and the content of anthocyanidin in leaf was determined by HPLC after extracted by methanol(containing 1% HCl,V/V),then the statistics analysis was analysis carried out.The results showed that the contents of anthocyanidin deposited in the same position changed as temperature changed.The contents in the top position of leaves were higher than in the bottom position of leaves.As a result,illumination and temperature had great influence on the synthesis of anthocyanidin.
