摘    要:将72只45日龄赛鸽随机分成4组,I组为对照组,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组为试验组.饲养至52日龄时试验组灌服四君子汤(剂量分别为0.125、0.250、0.500g/L),每天2次,每次1 mL,对照组灌服等量生理盐水,连喂7d.并分别于52、59、66日龄心脏采血分离血清,测定血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及丙二醛(MDA)活性.结果显示,四君子汤可以提高赛鸽血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,降低血清中丙二醛(MDA)含量,尤其以高剂量组作用较明显.证明四君子汤能够提高赛鸽抗氧化功能.

Abstract:72 race pigeons at age of 45 days were randomly designed into four groups.GroupⅠwas the control group,and groupⅡ-Ⅳ were the treatment groups.The treatment groups were supplied with different levels of Sijunzi decoction such as middle dosage(0.250 g/mL),low dosage(0.125 g/mL) and high dosage(0.500 g/mL) when at 52 days old and twice a day with 1ml for 7 days.Cardiac blood samples were taken respectively at the age of 52,59 and 66.And then the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),catalase(CAT) and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) in the serum were detected.The results showed that Sijunzi decoction could increase the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and catalase(CAT),and decrease the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in serum,which was distinctively in high dosage treatment group.It indicated that Sijunzi decoction could enhance the antioxygenic property of race pigeon.
