山苍子油减压蒸馏分离柠檬醛的工艺过程模拟

摘    要:借助Aspen Plus模拟软件,采用改进基团贡献法(UNIFAC-DMD)对山苍子(Litsea cubeba)油蒸馏平衡分离柠檬醛的工艺进行了模拟计算.在考察各组分特性的基础上,分析了山苍子油中各组分与柠檬醛在0.24 kPa压力下的二元系统汽液相平衡图,构建了两级蒸馏分离器的工艺流程图,然后对一、二级蒸馏分离器的蒸馏压力和蒸馏温度进行了灵敏度分析,结果表明,一、二级蒸馏压力为0.24 kPa、一级蒸馏温度为50 ℃、二级蒸馏温度为58℃时,馏余物中柠檬醛含量能达到93.35%,柠檬醛的总收率为31.63%.

Abstract:Using process simulation software Aspen Plus,distillation equilibrium citral separating process from Litsea cubeba oil was simulated by the Modified Group Contribution Method(UNIFAC-DMD).Based on the characteristics of L.cubeba oil components,vapor and liquid equilibrium of the components and citral under distilling pressure of 0.24 kPa was analyzed.The two stages flash equilibrium separation route was established firstly;then sensitivity analysis of distilling temperature and pressure was carried out.The results showed that when the distilling pressure of the two stages was 0.24 kPa;distilling temperature of the first stage was 50 ℃,of the second stage was 58 ℃,the content of citral in distillation residue reached 93.35% while the total yield was 31.63%.
