摘    要:从水禽养殖运动场污水中分离、筛选得到1株菌TMS17,经菌落形态特征、生理生化特征鉴定为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis).枯草芽孢杆菌TMS17可有效降低水禽养殖运动场废水中的化学需氧量(COD).在投菌终浓度为104 CFU/mL、25℃、pH 7.0的条件下进行应用效果试验,结果表明水禽养殖运动场废水48 h的COD降解率达到54.36%,降解后废水达到排放标准.

Abstract:A bacteria TMS17 was isolated and screened from waterfowl breeding playground.Based on colony morphology,physiological and biochemical characteristics,the strain was identified as Bacillus subtilis.The strain TMS17 could degrade chemical oxygen demand(COD) in the waterfowl stadium wastewater.The degradation of COD was determined at the conditions of a final concentration of bacteria 104 CFU/mL,pH 7.0,25 ℃.The result showed that strain TMS17 could degrade 54.36% of the COD in the waterfowl stadium wastewater during 48 h.
