摘    要:以10份长江流域种植的甘蓝型油菜(Brassica napus L.)品种为材料,分析与油菜产量相关的农艺性状.结果显示,植株性状中变异最大的是分枝部位,变异最小的是千粒重,表明进行株型改良是一种有效的增产模式.相关分析结果显示,与单株产量显著相关的主要有角果教和千粒重,表明产量的增长有赖于角果数的增加及千粒重的增大.通过主成分分析,可将相关农艺性状综合为四大类:产量性状、株高性状、分枝性状及主花序性状.

Abstract:The agronomic traits related with the yield of Brassica napus were analyzed using 10 cultivars in Yangtze River basin as materials.Results showed that branch position varied the most among all the plant traits;while kernel weight varied the least,indicating that improvement of plant type was an effective way to increase the yield of B.napus.Correlation analysis showed that pod number and kernel weight were closely related to the yield per plant,which means that increase of pod number and kernel weight may lead to the increase of yield.The agronomic traits were divided into four types,i.e.yield trait,plant height trait,branch trait and main inflorescence trait according to principle component analysis.
