| Abstract: | The technique route of modern countryside planning was discussed from the aspect of public policy to represent the benefit of farmers.And analysis on the early survey and investigation materials was emphatically expatiated.The issues needed to be pay special attention to during the planning were found out in order to make the planning more pertinent and exercisable. |
