育珠三角帆蚌体内矿物元素的分布与饲用价值评价

摘    要:以人工养殖的4龄育珠三角帆蚌(Hyriopsis cumingi)为实验材料、采用火焰原子吸收光谱法对三角帆蚌的珍珠层、珍珠、心脏、肝脏、斧足、鳃、卵巢、外套膜中的钙、镁、磷、钾、钠、铜、铁、锰、锌9种矿物元素的含量进行了检测分析,研究育珠三角帆蚌体内矿物元素的分布与含量.结果表明,钙在白色珍珠层中的含量最高,为(985.67±32.61) mg/g;磷和锰在鳃中的含量最高,分别为(28.48±0.41)mg/g和(19.39±0.08) mg/g;镁、钾、钠、铜、铁、锌在心脏中的含量均最高,分别为(861.23±21.47) μg/g、(36.80±0.33)μg/g、(56.65±0.21)mg/g、(274.88±2.09) μg/g、(2.41±0.09) mg/g、(518.74±12.44) μg/g.研究结果显示,三角帆蚌体内相同组织器官中不同矿物元素含量差别较大,同种矿物元素在不同组织器官中的含量差异也较大.

Abstract:In order to investigate the mineral elements composition in different tissues and organs of 4-year-old Hyriopsis cumingii,the atomic absorption spectrophotometry method was used to detect the mineral elements in nacreous layer,pearls,heart,liver,ax foot,gill,ovary,mantle of Hyriopsis cumingi.A total of nine mineral elements were detected including the calcium,magnesium,phosphorus,potassium,sodium,copper,iron,manganese and zinc.Results showed that calcium has the highest content in the white nacreous layer with(985.67±32.61) mg/g;both the phosphorus and manganese have the highest content in the gills with(28.48±0.41) mg/g and(19.39±0.08) mg/g respectively;Magnesium,potassium,sodium,copper,iron,zinc have the highest content in the heart with(861.23±21.47) μg/g,(36.80±0.33) μg/g,(56.65±0.21) mg/g,(274.88±2.09) μg/g,(2.41±0.09) mg/g and(518.74±12.44) μg/g,respectively.The results showed that content of different mineral elements are very different in same tissue or organ,and contents of a mineral element are also very different in different tissues or organs.
