| 摘 要： | 运用理论与实证相结合的研究方法,在相关理论分析的基础上提出了“分区、分模式、分方法”的基本潜力测算方案,从自然、经济、社会等方面构建评价指标体系,采用多因素综合评价模型测算农村居民点用地整理的综合潜力,并以河南省为研究对象进行潜力测算和整理时序安端.

| Abstract: | Using method combining theory and empirical study,the basic potential evaluation scheme of differentiated zone,modes and methods was proposed based on related theoretical analysis;and the evaluation index system was constructed from the aspects of nature,economy and societyl the comprehensive potential of land consolidation in rural residential area was analyzed by multi-factor synthetic evaluation model;and the potential evaluation and consolidation time schedule in Henan province was conducted. |
