摘    要:以水稻(Oryza sativa)南粳44号为材料,研究不同浓度NaCl胁迫对水稻幼根中乙醇脱氢酶(ADH3)和乙醛脱氢酶(ALDH)基因表达的影响.结果表明,NaCl浓度和胁迫时间都对ADH3和ALDH的表达有影响.与对照相比,100 mmol/L NaCl胁迫后ADH3和ALDH的相对表达量下降或没有显著变化;而300、400 mmol/L NaCl胁迫12、192 h时ADH3和ALDH的相对表达量极显著高于对照,胁迫48 h时这两个基因的相对表达量则显著或极显著低于对照.

Abstract:Using rice(Oryza sativa) variety Nanjing No.44 as material,the effect of different concentrations of NaCl stress on expression level of alcohol dehydrogenase3(ADH3) and aldehyde dehydrogenase(ALDH) in the radicle was studied.The results showed that both the NaCl concentration and stress time influenced the expression of ADH3 and ALDH.Compared with CK,the expression level of ADH3 and ALDH in radicle of rice was decreased or not obviously changed.However,when treated by 300 or 400 mmol / L NaCl,the expression level of the two genes was significantly increased if stressed for 12 or 192 h;but significantly decreased after stressed for 48 h.
