河湟红花中红花黄色素的微波辅助提取

摘    要:为研究河湟红花(Carthamus tinctoriusL)中红花黄色素微波辅助提取的最优条件,用正交试验对不同提取因素进行了研究,并分别考察了提取时间、提取温度、固液比和提取功率对红花黄色素提取率的影响.结果表明,微波辅助提取的最优工艺条件为提取时间40 min,提取温度60℃,料水质量比1∶30,提取功率800W,该条件下红花黄色素的提取率可达6.24%.

Abstract:The yellow pigment was extracted by microwave method from Hehuang safflower(Carthamus tinctorius L.).The effects of extracting time,extracting temperature,material to solvent ratio and extracting power on the yield of yellow pigment were studied by orthogonal design.The optimum microwave extraction craft of was extracting under the temperature of 60 ℃ and microwave power of 800 W for 40 min with the material to solvent ratio at 1∶30(g/mL).The yield of safflower yellow pigment reached 6.24% by this craft.
