| 摘 要： | MVSP是一款简单易学的统计分析软件,具有计算准确、操作方便等优点,目前已被应用在多个领域中.通过实例介绍了应用该软件进行主成分分析、聚类分析和多样性指数计算等生物学上常用分析的操作方法.
