| 摘 要： | 对现有退耕还林生态补偿机制的缺陷进行剖析,再从成本、收益分析角度探讨农户在退耕还林中的行为动因,最后经过实例予以佐证.结果表明,农户出于自身经济利益的考虑并不关注生态建设,现有机制对农户参与退耕具有较强的激励作用,而对农户参与生态建设缺乏激励或者没有激励.

| Abstract: | The drawback of ecological compensation mechanism were analyzed and the behavior motivation of peasantry that join in the sloping land conversion program was investigated from the perspective of a cost-benefit analysis,and they were evidented using the living examle.The results showed that peasant household do not concern about the development of ecological except their own economic interests.The existed ecological compensation mechanism had strong incentive for peasantry to participate in the sloping land conversion program,but there was litter or no inspire for peasantry to participate in ecological construction. |
