早熟梨"新梨7号"不同枝条叶片叶绿素含量的变化

作者研究了早熟梨“新梨7号”在南疆立地条件下不同枝条叶片叶绿素a b含量及a/b值的季节变化。结果表明：无果短枝叶叶绿素a b含量最高，其次为有果短枝叶，营养枝中部叶最低；三类枝叶绿素a b含量年周期变化规律基本一致，为一单峰曲线。有果短枝、无果短枝高峰期出现在7月中旬，而营养枝出现在6月中旬。各类枝叶片9月中旬后开始衰老。有果短枝和无果短枝叶绿素a/b值变化呈高－低－高变化，营养枝叶序叶片叶绿素a/b值变化比较平稳，下部叶片的叶绿素a b含量比上部叶片略高。

Variation Chlorophyll Contents in Leaves on Different Shoots in Xinli No.7 (Pyrus bretschneideri Rehd)

With early-mature pear Xinli No.7(Pyrus bretschneideri Rehd)as material,the chlorophyll contents and chlorophyll a/b in leaves on different shoots were measured in the study.The result showed that:the highest chlorophyll content was tested in the leaves on the spurs not bearing fruit,higher on the spurs bearing fruit and the lowest on the middle extending shoots.The three types shoots revealed common seasonal change of single peak curve in the chlorophyll content.The peak of the two kinds of spurs appeared in early July and extending shoots in middle June.After September,the leaves began to decline.Chlorophy a /b values of leaves on the two kinds spurs showed similar law of high-low-high.and that on the middle extending shoots changed slightly in the growth season.The chlorophyll content in upper leaves was higher than that in lower leaves.
