摘    要:近年来,随着各种生物技术的迅速发展,分子标记技术也得到了广泛应用。作为一种新兴研究手段,RAPD技术在各种作物研究中发挥了重要作用。通过RAPD技术,在果树品种鉴定、杂种鉴定与突变体检测、分子遗传图谱构建、基因定位、遗传多样性、系谱分析等方面取得了重大的研究成果,为进一步深入研究打下坚实基础。今后,在充分利用RAPD技术自身优势的基础上,结合其他分子标记技术,相互补充,在果树遗传育种、种质资源收集、品种改良、新品种选育等方面发挥更大作用。

Abstract:In recent years,with rapid development of all kinds of biotechnologies,the application of molecular markers technologies are extensive.As a new method,RAPD technology plays an important role in research on crops.By RAPD technology,significant research achievements have been achieved in identification of fruit varieties and hybrid and mutants,molecular genetic mapping and gene location,genetic diversity and pedigree analysis,etc,and it would provide a solid base for further research.In future,on the base of making the most of advantages of RAPD and supplying with other molecular marker,it would play more important role in genetic breeding of fruit tree,germplasm resources selection,variety improvement and new variety,etc.
