| 摘 要： | 以大白鼠为试验动物，对复方盐酸吗啉双胍注射液进行了亚慢性毒性试验。结果表明：应用0．25mg／kg剂量的复方盐酸吗啉双胍注射液，对大白鼠的生理活动、生理生化指标、主要组织器官无不良影响，说明该制剂未表现毒性，临床可推广应用。 |

| Abstract: | Rats were used to investigate the subchronic toxicity of compound hydrochloride moroxydinum. The results showed that injection of the drug at a dose of 0.25 mg/kg body weight had no harmful effect on physiological activities, physiological and biochemical index and main tissues and organs, indicating that the drug is safe and can be used in clinic practice. |
