| Abstract: | Adopting the economical quantitatively analyzing model such as extended linear expenditure system and so on, the income elasticity and marginal propensity of tea consumption were estimated. By analysis and comparison of the values, the paper revealed tea consumption status and characteristics of rural citizens in our country, for as to provide references for formulation of tea management strategies. |
