日粮中添加青贮饲料对东宝黑头羊增重、屠宰性能及经济效益的影响

摘    要:为研究全株玉米青贮、全株玉米和饲料桑混合青贮对东宝黑头羊增重、屠宰性能以及育肥效益的影响,选取45只10月龄,体重(30.3±1.3)kg的东宝黑头羊,按照饲喂日粮的种类随机分为3组:对照组(玉米秸秆青贮+精料),试验Ⅰ组(全株玉米青贮+精料),试验Ⅱ组(全株玉米和饲料桑混合青贮+精料),预试验7 d,正式试验期90 d。结果显示:试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组末重、平均日干物质采食量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组平均日增重极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而试验Ⅱ组显著低于Ⅰ组(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组胴体重、屠宰率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组间无显著差异(P>0.05);试验Ⅱ组眼肌面积显著高于Ⅰ组和对照组(P<0.05),而Ⅰ组和对照组无显著差异(P>0.05);除试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组瘤胃重量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),各组间器官重量差异均不显著(P>0.05);试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组和对照组均盈利,按活羊出售分析,试验Ⅱ组净收益最高,按屠宰出售分析,试验Ⅰ组净收益最高。提示:日粮中添加全株玉米青贮、全株玉米和饲料桑青贮,可提高肉羊的增重性能和屠宰性能。

Abstract:The experiment was aimed to study the effects of diets supplemented with whole-plant corn silage and whole-plant corn plus mulberry silage on the weight gain performance, slaughter performance and economic benefits of Dongbao black head goats. Forty-five 10-month-old mutton goats with an average body weight of(30.3±1.3) kg were randomly divided into 3 groups according to the types of diet, which were corn straw silage plus concentrate(the Control Group), whole-plant corn silage plus concentrate(Group One), and whole-plant corn and mulberry silage plus concentrate(Group Two), respectively. The pre-experimental period lasted for 7 days, and the formal experimental period lasted for 90 days. The results showed as follows: (1) The final weight and average daily feed intake(ADFI) of Groups One and Two were significantly higher than those of the Control Group(P<0.05), the average daily gain(ADG) of Groups One and Two was very significantly higher than that of the Control Group(P<0.01). The ratio of feed to gain of Groups One and Two was significantly lower than that of the Control Group( P<0. 05),and that of Group Two was significantly lower than that of Group One( P<0. 05). (2) The carcass weight and the slaughter rate of Groups One and Two was significantly higher than that of the Control Group( P<0. 05),but there was no significant difference between Group One and Group Two( P>0. 05). The eye muscle area of Group Two was significantly higher than that of the other 2 groups( P<0. 05),but there was no significant difference between Group One and the Control Group( P> 0. 05). (3) Except that the rumen weight of Groups One and Two was significantly higher than that of the Control Group( P < 0. 05),there was no significant difference in organ weight between each group( P > 0. 05). (4) The three groups were all profitable. According to the analysis of live goats sale,the net income of Group Two was the highest;when analyzed in terms of slaughter and sale,the net income of Group One was the highest. It was found that supplementing whole-plant corn silage,whole-plant corn and mulberry silage to the diet could all improve the weight gain performance and slaughter performance of the mutton goats. And the feed efficiency of live goat for sale in Group One had the highest reward,but Group Two obtained the highest slaughter profit.
