Abstract:In order to explore the effect of different concentrations of exogenous gibberellin on the nodulation process of alfalfa-rhizobium and its mechanism of action,different concentrations of exogenous gibberellin were applied to the symbiosis of alfalfa-rhizobium to explore the effect on nodule number,dry and fresh weight,rhizome length,nodule primordium,root hair curling,and flavonoid secretion in the process of nodulation.The main results were as follows:10-9mol·L-1 GA3 increased the expression of nod gene on rhizobia,which led to the increase of the amount of flavonoids in plant roots and the formation of active nodules,and promoted the number of nodule.10-5mol·L-1GA3 inhibited the root hair curl process,and reduced the number of nodules.Therefore,appropriate addition of exogenous gibberellin during the nodulation process of alfalfa could improve the nodulation effect and promote crop growth.
