有机肥对垂穗披碱草根际微生物及土壤理化性质的影响

摘    要:为了探究有机肥施肥量对人工草地建植后土壤微生物群落结构及理化性质的影响,以‘阿坝’垂穗披碱草(Elymus nutans‘Aba’)为试验材料,设置不施肥(CK),50%,75%有机肥三个处理,测定土壤理化性质及土壤微生物结构,结果表明:与CK相比,有机肥施用当年,提高牧草根际土壤总氮和有机质含量(P<0.05),降低了土壤pH值(P<0.05);有机肥的添加引起了土壤根际微生物群落组成的变化,有机肥施用量为50%时增加了优势菌放线菌门、担子菌门的相对丰度;有机肥施用量为75%时明显增加了赤霉菌属、内生真菌属的相对丰度;Beta多样性分析结果表明,对照和各处理细菌和真菌群落结构明显不同。本研究结果表明,增施有机肥能够改善土壤根际微生物群落结构,进一步改善土壤健康状况,为高寒地区牧草生长提供适宜的土壤微生物条件。

Abstract:To investigate the effects of organic fertilizer application rate on soil microbial community structure and physical and chemical properties of artificial grassland after planting,Elymus nutans ‘Aba’ was used as experimental material,and three treatments,no fertilizer (CK),50% organic fertilizer and 75% organic fertilizer,were set. The results showed that compared with CK,the total nitrogen and organic matter contents in the rhizosphere soil were increased and the pH value of the soil was decreased when organic fertilizer was applied. The composition of the soil rhizosphere microbial community was changed with the addition of organic fertilizer,and the relative abundance of dominant bacteria actinomycetes and basidiomycetes was increased with the addition of organic fertilizer at 50%. The relative abundance of Gibberellum and endophytic fungi were increased when organic fertilizer was 75%. The results of Beta diversity analysis showed that the bacterial and fungal community structures were significantly different between the control and each treatment. The results showed that increased application of organic fertilizer could improve soil rhizosphere microbial community structure,further improve soil health,and provide suitable soil microbial conditions for herbage growth in the alpine region.
