畜产品质量安全问题及对策

畜产品是十分重要的营养来源,是人类生存的物质基础。近年来,在世界范围内出现了许多畜产品质量安全问题,威胁到人类的安全。从药物残留、农药及重金属残留、加工运输过程污染及质量监督体系不健全4个方面总结了我国畜产品品质安全存在的问题,并提出提高畜产品质量安全的对策。

Safety Problems and Countermeasures on Animal Products' Quality

Animal products which are very important source of nutrition ior people are the material basis of human survival. In recent years, there have been many problems of animal products＇ quality to threaten the safety of human in the world. Some safety problems of animal products＇ quality in China were summarized from four aspects, such as drug residues, pesticide and heavy metal residues, pollution in machining and transport process as well as the faulty quality supervision system, furthermore some countermeasures were proposed to improve the safety of animal products＇ quality.
