| 摘 要： | 比较研究了两优培九与其双亲成熟剑叶的光合特性.结果表明,两优培九在色素含量、净光合速率、电子传递活性以及能量的吸收、传递与转化(光谱分析、希尔反应、光合磷酸化和ATP含量)上都具有超亲优势.表明两优培九的高光合特性在成熟剑叶上得到了充分体现,这是其获得高产的生理基础.

| Abstract: | The photosynthetic characteristics of flag leaves in the hybrid rice Liangyou Peijiu and its parents were studied. The results showed that Liangyou Peijiu had heterobeltiosis in pigment content, net photosynthetic rate, electron transport activity and light absorption, transport and transition(spectrum analysis, Hill reaction, photophosphorylation and ATP content) in flag leaves, which indicates that the higher photosynthetic characteristic of Liangyou Peijiu is fully expressed in flag leaves, which is the physiological base of its high yielding ability. |
