基于Web Service的PDA林火监测应用技术研究

信息交流不畅与共享困难是我国森林防火监测与预警工作面临的主要问题。该文将Web Service技术应用于PDA林火监测，提出了基于SOA的林火监测系统结构，并对系统中服务端与PDA客户端的Web Service结构布局与运行机制进行了分析与描述，设计开发了Web Service的PDA客户端调用引擎，最后以北京市森林防火扑救指挥系统为基础建立了一个PDA端的火险等级与气象查询服务实例。结果表明基于Web Service的PDA林火监测可有效利用现有防火决策信息服务，实现信息的实时交互与共享，提高林火监测水平。 

Application research of PDA forest fire monitoring based on Web Service technology

The difficulties in information communication and sharing are the main problems for China's forest fire monitoring and early warning.The authors of this paper applied Web Service technology to the PDA forest fire monitoring and put forward the framework of monitoring system based on SOA.At the same time,the paper described the composition and function of Web Service on server-side and client-side.The method for developing the Web Service invocation engine on PDA was introduced in detail.At last,an example of the fire danger rating and fire weather services were established based on Beijing Forest Fire Control System.The results show that the PDA forest fire monitoring based on Web Service can take advantage of the existing fire protection decision information services effectively,realize the real-time information interaction and sharing,and improve the level of forest fire monitoring.
