超干处理对蓝桉种子发芽及生理生化特性的影响

摘    要:采用热空气恒温(50℃)干燥法对蓝桉种子进行超干处理,将蓝桉种子含水量由自然干燥的9.8%分别降至9%、8%、7%、6%、5%、4%、3%、2%、1%,研究超干燥处理对蓝桉种子发芽及生理生化特性的影响。结果表明:蓝桉种子耐脱水性较强,脱水至5%时,未发现种子活力明显下降,细胞膜能保持较好完整性,电导率最低,α—淀粉酶和脱氢酶活性高,各发芽能力指标在9个超干处理中最好。对各测定指标综合分析表明,蓝桉种子超干处理是完全可行的,最适含水率为5%,为蓝桉种子超干燥处理和贮藏提供了依据。

Abstract:The met hod of t he hot ai r constant te mperat ure (50℃)was used i n t hi s experi ment to carry onultra—dryi ng processi ng on t he seeds of Eucal yptus .globulus ,t he mai n forest tree i n Sout h Chi na .Thewater content of t he seeds of E .lobulus was decreased fro m 9.8%by nat ural dryi ng to 9%,8%,7%,6%,5%,4%,3%,2%,1%separately to st udy t he effect of ultra—dryi ng processi ng on t he ger mi nati on and t he physi ologi cal characteri sti cs of t he seeds of E .globulus .The res ults i ndi cated t hat t he seeds of E .globulus bore strong dehydrati on .When dehydrated to 5%,t he cell me mbrane could mai ntai n a better integrity and t he acti veness of α—a mylase and dehydrogenase were up to t he hi ghest wit hout obvi ous drop of t he seed vi gor .When t he seed water content was 5%,t he factors of ger mi nati ve capacity were t he best of all 9water content gradi ents i n ultra—dryi ng processi ng .In bri ef ,t he ultra—dryi ng processi ng di d not affect the ger mi nati ve of t he seeds of E .globulus si gnifi cantly and t he most s uitable water content was 5%.It was concluded t hat it was co mpletely feasi ble to process and store t he seeds of E .globulus i n an ultra—drying environment.
