摘    要:在甘蔗褪绿线条病所致甘蔗叶片中,可见有大小约50-400nm×18-21nm的长短不一的杆状病毒粒体,健株中则没有。叶片中的病毒粒体主要见于韧皮部细胞内,尤其是筛管细胞内,有些分散排列,大量则整齐排列。叶片病部部分细胞变形或坏死,有些线粒体则肿胀变大。叶绿体受不同程度破坏,其降解过程似与淀粉粒的累积和降解有密切的关系。

Abstract:Bacilliform virus particles of various size about 50-400nm脳18-21nm were found in sugarcane leaves infected by sugarcane chlorotic streak, but not in healthy plants. The virus particles, some loosely and many in group side by side tightly, could be observed mainly in pholem cells especially in the sieve elements. Some cells in the diseased spots of the leaves deformed or became necrotic. Some mitochondria in the cells swelled. Chloroplasts degenerated and were even destroyed, which seemed to have a close relationship with the accumulation and dissociation of starch grains in them.
