摘    要:目前石羊河流域的来水量无法满足民勤和凉州两个绿洲的生存,其巨大的需水量缺口只能靠地下水进行补充,导致下游民勤绿洲生态崩溃。文中利用气象数据和自然社会经济统计资料,在分析了该流域气候变暖及来水量变化的前提下,计算了目前凉州绿洲和民勤绿洲用水量现状,并计算了采用退耕、调整种植结构、发展高效节水农业技术等措施后的需水量。结果表明:即使不考虑其他的各种方案,只要采用传统的退耕、调整种植结构、发展高效节水农业技术,在不开采地下水的情况下,就可以实现两个绿洲的生存。

Abstract:At present,the water inflow quantity of the Shiyang River Basin can' t satisfy the Minqin and Liangzhou Oasis's existence.Its huge notch of water demand can only rely on the valuable supplement of groundwater,leading to the ecological collapse of Minqin Oasis.In this research we not only used the meteorological data and the statistic data in nature,society and economy,analyzes the premise of climate's warming and the change of water inflow but also computed the present water consumption's status in Liangzhou and Minqin oasis,calculated the water demand after taking the measures of aborting part farmland,of adjusting planting structure,of developing the efficient agriculture technology in saving water.The results show that as long as we take the mentioned measures above,we can achieve the two oasis's life,even without considering the situation of exploiting the groundwater,without considering the population's control and the population's splitting and without considering the water's transferring from outer basin.
