THE APPLICATION OF MODERN METHODS IN MANAGEMENT FOR FORESTRY ENTERPRISES

This paper deals with the application of modern methods in management for forestry enterprises. One of the important problems the forestry enterprises face today is how to improve an uninterrupted growth in productivity. With the development of the national economy, the scale of forestry enterprises has enlarged with increasing numbers of staff members, more production facilities and more complex production structure, and as a consequence, the investment risk becomes greater. The situation will become worse of the oldmethods in management continue to be used. Many enterprises have realized the importance of developing their management techniques, and everyone of them wants to find a short cut to better economic effects. Therefore it is necessary to bring the creative talent of the management personnel into full play, adopt modern management techniques, and rearrange the productibilit in order to meet the urgent demands of the late twentieth century.
