| Abstract: | Building a new socialist countryside is a significant action of the construction harmonious society.The latter developed areas exist the problems that the production and living conditions are bad, the basic-level organization constructs are weak, the rural labor force quality is weakly somewhat low, the public service system is frail and so on, the new rural construction duty is more arduous. |
