土壤养分因子对杜仲有效成分含量影响研究

摘    要:目的]筛选影响杜仲有效成分的主导土壤因子。方法]采用HPLC测定贵州不同产地杜仲叶中绿原酸及黄酮类有效成分(芦丁、槲皮素、山萘酚)的含量,应用SPSS统计软件对贵州不同产地杜仲叶有效成分的含量和土壤养分的含量进行统计分析,计算各土壤养分因子与杜仲叶绿原酸及黄酮类有效成分含量的偏相关系数,建立杜仲有效成分含量与土壤养分因子的多元回归方程。结果]杜仲叶中绿原酸含量的主要影响因子是土壤有机质;影响芦丁含量的主要是土壤全磷、有机质;影响槲皮素含量的主导因子主要有有机质、有效磷、FACT,其次是土壤铵态氮、pH、全氮;影响山萘酚含量的最大因子为有机质,其次为土壤有效磷、铵态氮和FACT。结论]贵州不同产地杜仲有效成分含量差异显著,土壤养分因子对杜仲叶有效成分含量有很大影响。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to screen out the leading soil factors that affected the active components in Eucommia ulmoides.Method] The content of chlorogenic acid and flavonoid active components(rutin,quercetin and kaempferol) in the leaves of E.ulmoides from different producing areas of Guizhou were determined by HPLC.The statistical analysis was made on the content of active components in the leaves of E.ulmoides from different producing areas of Guizhou and the content of soil nutrients by using SPSS Statistical Software.The partial correlation coefficients between each soil nutrient factor and the content of chlorogenic acid and flavonoid active components in the leaves of E.ulmoides were calculated to set up the multiple regression equation between the content of active components in E.ulmoides and soil nutrient factors.Result] The main influencing factor of chlorogenic acid content in the leaves of E.ulmoides was soil organic matter.The main influencing factors of rutin content were total P and organic matter in the soil.The main leading influencing factors of quercetin content were organic matter,available P and FACT,followed by ammonium nitrogen,pH and total N in the soil.The maximum influencing factor of kaempferol content was organic matter,followed by available P,ammonium nitrogen and FACT.Conclusion] The content of active component in the leaves of E.ulmoides from different producing areas of Guizhou had significant difference. Soil nutrient factors had greater influences on the content of active component in the leaves of E.ulmoides.
