| 摘 要： | 本研究首次扩增出TGEV国内分离株TH-98株M基因(882bp)，将该片段克隆到pMD18-T载体上，经限制性内切酶鉴定M基因正确插入pMD18-T载体上，命名为pMD18-T-THM。序列测定和分析表明，该片段的核苷酸序列与国外发表的猪传染性胃肠炎病毒T014株、Purdue15株、TFI株、96-133株M基因同源性达到98％以上，氨基酸序列同源性高达97％以上，表明不同来源毒株M基因保守性较高。 |

| Abstract: | A 882bp fragm entofcom plete M gene from TH -98 strain ofTGEV was am plified by RT-PCR and was cloned correctly into the pM D18-T vector by the restriction endonuclease analysis and PCR assay,which is nam ed as PM D 18-T-TH M .The nucleotide hom ology ofM fragm entin TH -98 strain shared m ore than 98% com pared with TO14 ,Purdue15,TFI,96-133 strain and its am ino acid hom ology was m ore than 97% by nucleotide or am ino acid sequence analysis. |
