北京市主要养殖鱼类病原菌药物敏感性分析

摘    要:病原菌药物敏感试验是有效防治抗菌药物滥用的有效手段之一。2009年6月-2011年10月从北京地区主要养殖鱼类的发病鱼体内共分离到病原菌80株,对其进行4类11种水产用抗菌药物的敏感性试验。结果表明:北京地区主要养殖鱼类病原菌对恩诺沙星、氟苯尼考和盐酸沙拉沙星较为敏感,而对盐酸多西环素、甲枫霉素和磺胺类药物敏感率较低;另外,分离株多重耐药率较高。同时发现,不同地区和不同养殖种类的鱼源病原菌对抗菌药物的敏感率不同。

Abstract:Antimicrobial susceptibility testing of fish pathogen was one of the effective methods for controlling drug abusing in aquaculture.80 stains were collected from diseased fish of Beijing mainly cultured fish from june 2009 to october 2011,and were tested the antimicrobial susceptibility on four classes of eleven kinds of aquatic drugs.The results showed that:The pathogens isolated from mainly cultured fish were more sensitive to enrofloxacin,florfenicol and sarafloxacin hydrochloride,and were lower sensitive to doxycycline hyclate,thiamphenicol and sulfa drugs,and also showed a high rate of mutidrug resistance.At the same time,the stains isolated from the fish of different regions and different cultured species were different in drug sensitive rate.
