| 摘 要： | 芝麻种子内含有较高的脂肪和丰富的蛋白质,通透性差,易吸湿返潮,发热变霉,一般条件下不耐贮藏。根据芝麻种子的贮藏特性采用恰当的贮藏管理措施,以确保种子的使用价值,保证农业生产的安全。

| Abstract: | The high fats and the rich proteins were included in sesame seeds.It is generally difficult to storage because of its bad permeability,good moisture absorption,and mildewing.In order to storage seeds,and ensure agriculture production safe,proper storage management rules were adopted in the paper. |
