高羊茅遗传多样性RAPD分析(简报)

摘    要:高羊茅是一种优良的冷季型草坪草和牧草,抗逆性强,适应性广,绿期长,耐粗放管理,近年来在我国的园林绿化和运动场建植中得到广泛的应用。本研究选用20个随机引物对23份高羊茅材料进行RAPD分析,20个引物共扩增出306条带,其中多态性带为269条,比例为87.91%。聚类分析结果表明,所选高羊茅材料之间的遗传多样性较低,相似性集中在53.79%~85.53%。其中材料P18单成一支,与其他高羊茅材料相似性较低。材料之间的聚类关系与表型特征呈现不完全的相关性。

Abstract:Festuca arundinacea is an excellent cool-season turfgrass and forage.It is adapted to a wide range of soil and climate,has a long green period,requires minimal maintenance,and is increasingly being adopted in sports fields and landscaping.Polymorphism is important for broading the genetic basis and may be exploited for application of heterosis.The genetic relationship of 23 F.arundinacea were analyzed using 20 RAPD markers which generated 306 bands,of which 269(87.91%) were polymorphisms.This showed that the material P18 was separated from other F.arundinacea and that genetic polymorphisms in F.arundinacea were few as the genetic similarity between samples was between 53.79% and 85.53%.Dendrograms obtained using these molecular markers were partially in agreement with their separate morphologic characteristics.
