摘    要:果形是瓜类和茄果类蔬菜作物重要的感官品质性状,也是种质资源分类和消费者感官评价的标准之一。果形是遗传机制复杂的数量性状,对其进行遗传研究相对较困难。本文对蔬菜作物果形的遗传研究方法、生长发育类型和主要蔬菜作物的果形研究现状进行了综述,并对今后蔬菜作物的果形研究进行
了展望。

Abstract:Fruit shape is one of the most important quality traits of vegetable crops. It is also oneof the main indexes of classification for germplasm resources and sensory evaluation for consumers. Fruit shape is a complicated quantitative characteristic of genetic mechanism. It is relatively difficult to carry
studies on its genetics. This paper summarized the methods of studying fruit shape genetics, growth and development types, and present status of studying fruit shapes of major vegetable crops. It also prospected the future of this kind of study.
