胡杨林土壤微生物

摘    要:从乌拉特前旗、磴口、额济纳旗不同林龄的胡杨(Populus euphratica)根际、非根际0<土壤深度h≤10cm、10cm<h≤20cm、20cm<h≤30cm、30cm<h≤40cm、40cm<h≤50cm 5个土层分别采集土壤样品,共分离到细菌34属462株,优势菌为微球菌属(Micrococcus)、棒形杆菌属(Clavibacter);真菌29属307株,优势菌为青霉属(Penicillium);放线菌23属255株,优势菌为假诺卡氏菌属(Pseudonocardia)和马杜拉放线菌属(Actinomadura);胡杨根际、非根际不同土层内土壤细菌、真菌、放线菌的数量不同.

Abstract:Soil specimens were collected from rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soils in five different soil layers(0~10,10~20,20~30,30~40 and 40~50cm) in Populus euphratica forests of different ages in Wulateqian Banner,Dengkou and Ejina Banner.A total of 462 bacteria of 34 genera,307 fungi of 29 genera,and 255 actinomycetes of 23 genera were isolated,among which Micrococcus,Clavibacter and Brevibacterium were the dominant genera in bacteria,Penicillium,Fusarium,Aspergillu and Trichoderma were dominant genera in fungi,...
