20个青菜品种的遗传多样性分析

摘    要:利用10对SSR分子标记对来自中国和日本的20个青菜品种进行了聚类和遗传多样性分析。分析结果显示,10对SSR引物扩增的条带总数为26,其中76.9%扩增条带具有多态性,说明供试青菜品种间具有一定的遗传差异;聚类分析表明,20个青菜品种可分为三大类,表现出一定的地域性。

Abstract:10 pairs of SSR markers were used to analyze the clustering results and genetic diversity of 20 Brassica chinensis L.cultivars from China and Japan.The results showed that,a total of 26 DNA bands were detected with the 10 pairs of SSR primers,and 76.9% DNA bands were polymorphic,which indicated that there were certain genetic differences among 20 B.chinensis L.cultivars.The further clustering analysis showed that,the 20 tested cultivars were classified into three groups,and majority of them possessed certain regionality.
