| 摘 要： | 以乙酸乙酯为溶剂，超声波振荡法提取柑桔中的噻菌灵，采用反相高效液相色谱法测定，流动相为甲醇 水 氨水，体积比为70：30：0．6。用外标(峰高)——标准曲线法定量，回收率为80％—89．94％；检测限为0．1mg/kg，符合残留量测定的要求。

| Abstract: | Analysis of thiabendazole(TBZ)residues in citrus was performed using reserved phase HPLC with stainless-steel column packed with C 18 ,methanol ? water and ammonium hydroxide(70+30+0.6)as mobile phase.The fungicide was extracted with ethyl acetate in a rotary shaker.The recoveries using this method were always higher than80%and the limit of detection was0.1mg/kg.The accuracy and precision of the detection were in accord with the demand of pesticide residue analysis. |
