基于ADAMS的烟草移栽机用双曲柄连杆机构运动仿真分析

摘    要:分析了烟草移栽机双曲柄连杆机构的工作原理,建立了该机构的运动学模型,采用ADAMS软件建立了该机构的虚拟样机模型,并测试其重要连杆和重要点的合成运动特性。仿真实验结果显示,双曲柄连杆机构的运动特性能够满足烟草移栽机的移栽运动要求。

Abstract:The working principle of the double-crank connecting rod mechanism of a tobacco transplanter is analyzed,a kinematics model of the mechanism is established,ADAMS software is used to establish a virtual prototyping model of the mechanism and the joint motion characteristic of its important connecting rod and important points are tested.The simulation experiment results show that the double-crank connecting rod can meet the transplanting movement requirements of tobacco transplanters.
