大白菜和萝卜及其属间杂交F_1的酯酶同工酶电泳分析

摘    要:用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对三个大白菜品种和一个萝卜品种及其三个属间杂交F_1的酯酶同工酶进行了分析。结果表明:①杂种的酶带均来自父母双亲,且来自母本的多于来自父本的;②大白菜和萝卜属间有相同的酶带;③大白菜品种间相同的酶带较多,但也有明显差异;④酯酶同工酶分析法可用以鉴定品种,是鉴定远缘杂种的有效办法。

Abstract:Vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was applied in this studyto invesigate the esterase isoenzymic patterns of three Chinese cabbage cultivars and one radish cultivar and their three intergeneric hybrids. The results showed (1) The banding patterns of the intergeneric hybrids were all found in those of their parents', arid intended to be more for those from the females; (2) the same banding patterns were found between the two genus; (3) most of the banding patterns among the three Chinese cabbage cultivars were the same, but a few were different; (4) Cultivars and intergeneric hybrids can be identified by the esterase isoenzymic banding patterns.
