微生物转化人参皂苷Rb1为C-K的研究

摘    要:利用23种菌株对人参皂苷Rb1进行生物转化研究,发现一种灰绿毛状GH-9菌株使人参皂苷Rb1有效地转化为C-K。经形态学和内转录间隔区(internal transcribed spacer,ITS)基因序列分析,该菌株属于青霉属(Penicillium),且接近于Penicillium dipodomyicola。

Abstract:23 microbial strains were used to screen their ability for the microbiological transformation of ginsenoside Rbl.Strain GH-9 was found to convert ginsenoside Rbl to C-K efficiendy.Blast results of ITS gene sequence of the strain GH-9 established that the strain GH-9 belonged to Penicillium and was close to Penicillium dipodomyicola.
