| 摘 要： | 目的:研究人参皂苷Rg1的抗炎作用。方法:人参皂苷Rg1灌胃给药一定时间后,分别用二甲苯致耳肿胀模型、醋酸致腹腔毛细血管通透性增加模型、角叉菜胶致足肿胀模型和肉芽肿模型研究人参皂苷Rg1的抗炎作用。结果:人参皂苷Rg1不同程度地抑制炎症的发生,显示出一定的抗炎作用。
