人参皂苷生物转化的研究新进展

摘    要:研究表明人参皂苷,尤其是稀有人参皂苷、苷元具有很强的抗肿瘤、神经保护等药理活性,通过各种方法获得稀有人参皂苷的研究越来越多。本文就利用生物转化的方法将人参皂苷转化为稀有人参皂苷、苷元的最新研究进展进行了简要的综述,并简要展望了人参皂苷生物转化研究的前景。

Abstract:It was reported that ginsenosides,especially rare ginsenosides and aglycon have the potent effects of antitumor, nerve protection,etc.,the researches on various means of obtaining rare ginsenosides have been considered more and more.In this mini-review,the biotransformation of major ginsenosides to rare ginsenosides and aglycon are focused on,meanwhile,the prospects of the biotransformation of ginsenosides are stated.
