二氧化氯对黄瓜霜霉病的防治效果试验

摘    要:探讨二氧化氯对黄瓜霜霉病的防治效果,以72% 霜脲·锰锌可湿性粉剂和清水处理为对照,在温室大棚内,开展不同浓度的二氧化氯对黄瓜霜霉病的防治效果试验。结果显示,3个浓度的二氧化氯处理组对黄瓜霜霉病均有防治效果,二氧化氯1000倍液处理组(1125g/hm2)病情指数和防治效果分别为8.05和75.25%,防治效果良好;各二氧化氯处理组的黄瓜叶片有药害斑点,后期能够恢复,各处理组黄瓜植株长势无明显差异;各二氧化氯处理组黄瓜结瓜数、产量均与清水处理组差异显著。结果表明,二氧化氯对黄瓜霜霉病具有较好的防控效果,有应用前景。

Abstract:The control effect of chlorine dioxide on cucumber downy mildew (Pseudoperonospora cubensis) was discussed. The control effect of chlorine dioxide with different concentrations on cucumber downy mildew was carried out in the greenhouse with 72% cream urea-manganese zinc wettable powder and water treatment (CT) as the control. The results showed that three concentrations of chlorine dioxide treatment groups had control effects on cucumber downy mildew. The disease index and control effect of chlorine dioxide treatment group (1125g/hm2) were 8.05 and 75.25% respectively; The cucumber leaves of each chlorine dioxide treatment group had drug damage spots, which could recover in the later stage. There was no significant difference in the growth of cucumber plants in each treatment group. The number and yield of Cucumber in each chlorine dioxide treatment group were significantly different from CT treatment group. The results showed that chlorine dioxide had good control effect on cucumber downy mildew and had application prospects.
