基于限制性因子的耕地后备资源等潜力调查评价分析

耕地后备资源开发是增加耕地、保障我国粮食安全的一条重要途径。为合理开发利用耕地后备资源，以融水苗族自治县可开垦土地、可进行耕地提质改造土地和可复垦建设用地为调查评价对象，采用3S技术、野外实地调查等方法，从土地、气候和区位等方面构建耕地后备资源等潜力调查评价指标体系，采用限制性因子法，对耕地后备资源等潜力进行调查和评价，在此基础上揭示融水苗族自治县耕地后备资源等潜力，为县域内的耕地后备资源等潜力分级提供参考和借鉴。

For reasonable development and utilization of reserve cultivated land resources, land can be reclaimed in Rongshui Miao Autonomous County, can be cultivated land quality, and the transformation of land and construction land can be reclaimed as investigation object, the methods of 3S technology(remote sensing, geography information systems and global positioning systems), field investigation, from the aspects such as land, climate, and the location to build such as potential reserve cultivated land resources survey evaluation index system, the restrictive factor method is adopted, Based on the investigation and evaluation of cultivated land reserve resource potential, the paper reveals the cultivated land reserve resource potential in Rongshui Miao Autonomous County, which provides reference for the classification of cultivated land reserve resource potential in county.
