河南省农业全要素生产率及其收敛性分析

摘    要:农业是国民经济的基础,在劳动、土地资源有限的前提下,在保护生态、环境的约束下,通过提升全要素生产率来发展现代农业,已成为我国农业发展的必由之路。本文依据Malmquist指数法测算河南省农业全要素生产率,并进行分地区收敛性分析。实证研究发现,2003-2020年,河南省农业全要素生产率不断上升,其中,技术进步较为显著,技术效率仍有提升空间,属于技术诱导型增长;各地区农业全要素生产率存在差异,不存在 收敛以及绝对 收敛,但存在条件 收敛;各地区农业全要素生产率差距在扩大,但都趋近于各自的稳态水平。

Analysis of agricultural Total Factor Productivity and its convergence in Henan Province
Abstract:Agriculture is the foundation of national economy. Under the premise of limited labor and land resources, and the constraint of protecting ecology and environment, it has become the only way for China"s agricultural development to develop modern agriculture by improving Total Factor Productivity. In this paper, Malmquist index method is used to measure agricultural Total Factor Productivity in Henan Province, and an analysis on regional convergence is conducted. The empirical study shows that from 2003 to 2020, agricultural Total Factor Productivity of Henan Province keeps rising. Among which, technological progress is relatively significant, and technical efficiency still has development space. Which belongs to technical induced growth. In different regions, there are differences in agricultural Total Factor Productivity. There is no convergence or absolute convergence, but there is conditional convergence. The gap of agricultural Total Factor Productivity in each region is expanding, but it is close to its own steady level.
