摘 要: | 主食在自古以来我国居民的饮食结构中都占据了重要地位,关乎着国计民生,综述我国传统主食工业化的发展情况,梳理其中存在的关键性问题,在大健康的视角下,依据国家战略布局与行业长期规划,提出了相关见解和建议。

Development Status and Prospect of Traditional Staple Food Industrialization |

Abstract: | Since ancient times, staple food has played an important role in the diet structure of Chinese residents, and it is related to the national economy and people''s livelihood. This article summarizes the development of the industrialization of traditional Chinese staple food, and sorts out the key problems. From the perspective of big health, relevant insights and suggestions are put forward based on the national strategic layout and long-term industry planning. |
